Issue table

An issue is often defined as a risk or an unexpected event that has materialized in a project. All issues should be logged and followed-up in a structured manner since they often affect economy, progress or project scope. Use a simple template for this purpose.

Issue examples:

  • Key resources have left the project.
  • One vendor has gone bankrupt.
  • An important sponsor has withdrawn the funding.
  • The technological challenges are too complex in order to deliver on time.
